Our 60-minute workouts keep your heart rate at optimal fitness levels during three different blocks of exercises. Each class will take you through 12 stations and workout machines that are designed to build endurance, flexibility and strength.

Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
